The terms and conditions and any decision issued by Matn International Company (Trainway Club) are the conditions that define the relationship between the subscriber and the company, and accordingly, the subscriber must abide by everything contained therein, or any circular issued by the company in the future without objection. The subscriber also acknowledges that she has read and understood all the terms and conditions and has approved and agreed to all their contents.
- The subscriber shall abide by the prevailing regulations, laws, and customs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia..
- The female participant has the right to use the lockers while she is in the club only, and the responsibility for emptying them upon departure lies with the female participant. The club has the right to open the lockers after the female participants leave for cleaning, and if there are any assets in the lockers, the club considers them lost, and the safe is emptied from them.
- The club is not responsible for any lost items.
- The subscriber must disclose all her health problems before starting any program, and the subscriber shall be responsible for any sports injuries resulting from her misuse of the equipment or failure to pre-disclose health problems. (The company/club shall not be held responsible if the participant suffers any injury during the exercise of the sporting activity, with our wishes and prayers that this does not happen).
- The club has the right to change working hours as it deems appropriate.
- The club has the right to close any of its branches while preserving the rights of the participants.
- The subscriber shall abide by the laws, regulations, and customs prevailing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- The company (club) has the right to cancel the joint contract without prior notice if:
- The joint violated the regulations and laws.
- Misbehavior or verbal or physical aggression towards female employees or participants was reported.
- It is proven that someone else is using her subscription.
- Use the club's facilities to provide personalized services, such as personal training within the club.
- It was proven that the participant entered the club while she was under the influence of prohibitions.
- The participant is obligated to wear the sports uniform when moving around the club's facilities.
- The participant must use the approved entry systems in the club, and she has no right to object to a request for proof of her participation.
- The participant is obligated to return the weights to their place after use, undertakes to keep them clean, and bears responsibility for damaging any of the equipment.
- The participant has the right to use the club's facilities for the experiment for one day only, and for a period not exceeding two hours.
- The subscriber is not entitled to claim a refund after payment, except in two cases:
- The final transfer outside the city of Riyadh, with proof of that being submitted.
- Submission of a medical report stating that the participant is unable to practice sports during her subscription period, noting that the used period of subscription will be calculated according to the daily entry price of 275 SAR.
- For personal training: All training courses must be completed before the expiration of the term of this agreement as follows:
- 12 sessions / 45 days
- 22 sessions / 75 days
- For personal training registration sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours before the booked session.
- In the event of a “no show” if the attendance is not canceled 24 hours before, it will not be refunded.
